Need help getting my employee B2 visa will work?

Hi all, can someone give me insite to what visa I should have my employee apply for.. Me and my wife and 2 children are going to California for vacation over Christmas.. We are Canadian citizens. I have a live in caregiver I am sponsering and we wish to take her with us. as she is the nanny for the Children.. She has been with us about 5 months.. Will I have trouble getting her a visa to cross over with us. We are traveling by car and which visa to apply for . any help greatly appreciated... Thankyou

Yes, you can apply B2 visa as she would be going to US for the vacation.
