Need for Invitation Letter on first visit to US.

Non Immigrant Visa is with me but my travel date has changed from Nov2012 to June 2013.
Do I need fresh Invitation Letter from my son ;who is the sponsor for this trip.
Any other document will be required apart from PP and Travel Insurance,
kindly help with this information.

Invitation letter is nice to have but it is not required.
