Query Regarding I 134 form

I am applying for my Visitor's Visa to visit my cousin in the USA and see around the place. Since I am a student in India, my father is sponsoring my trip. My cousin in USA has sent me an invitation, but does my father, who is residing here in India, have to fill the I 134 form of affidavit of support? And if no, is there any other form he is supposed to fill to prove his sponsorship? He has already provided for his financial documents, and his passport as a proof of resident of India; and my passport can prove his relationship to me. What else do I need? Plz help..

Your Father only needs to provide bank statements and such showing sufficient funds available for your trip.

If funding is from India, I-134 is not required. Only I-T returns, bank statements , proof of job/business of the funder.
