Self Sponsor / Sponsorship needed for US Visitor Visa

Hi,

I am planning to apply US visitor visa for my parents. I am on H4 and me and my husband who is on H1B are here for past 7 months.
Both of my parents are central government employees and each of their annual income is around 6Lakhs.
They both have savings in their GPF around 6Lakhs each and also house property worth 20lakhs on their name.
In this case can they self sponsor / need sponsorship and also can we show GPF amount as self sponsor fund.
They will be staying here for 4 months. Please advise.

They decide the funding part by asking about income.
12 L combined income should put them in a safe place to declare self funding.
It is also a favorable factor for their visa.
savings, property are usually not asked about.
