visa interview in other country? advice???

my dad is working in gulf, i am on h4 and husband on h1b, i want to invite my dad on visitor visa to usa, can he attend the visa interview in gulf or has he to go to india for that reason, were it is easier and less chances for rejection?????

There is no need for him to go to India since he is working in the gulf.
But several factors will influence the outcome of his appl like
how long he has been in the gulf, other family members and other ties
(property, business)in the gulf and in India, etc.

he has been in gulf for past 12 yeras working there , regarding family ties, my mom and younger un married sisiter are in india only, we have property in india....now could u advice sir

Well, it may be kind of difficult because he does not have any family ties
in the Gulf and he has been living away from his family for so long.
If he can prove through a leave-letter from his employer that his job in gulf is ongoing and that he is a valuable employee with a mention of his salary, it may help.
