B1/B2 DENIED with ESTA Valid

Hi!
First of all, my best compliment for the forum! It's amazing!
I use it a lot of time for take info... But now I need your help!

i'm from italy, I have ESTA valid since December 2012, but yesterday I asked for visa B1/B2 and the said NO! (214B) Also with document of my company and my own flat.

1) Now my question is: can I come in USA using my open ESTA only for my holiday 5 weeks or not?
2)Is better try again asking visa only for tourism B2 only for 5 weeks, maybe with my father (and also him can take visa with me) only for show them that i will be in Usa only for tourism? (this is the true reason)
3)if i have company that can make invitation is good (for B1/B2 visa)?

If you have previously been denied (refused) a visa,
you do not meet VWP requirements and therefore, cannot travel on the VWP( ESTA)

You must apply for a B1/B2 again.

Please post full interview when you were refused the visa.
