Hi all
I am trying to get B2 visa for my parents and filling out the DS-160 for them. A question regarding previous U.S. visit asks - have you ever been in the U.S. before?
My father visited U.S. as a part of Govt. of India delegation in August 1989 (an official visit on a diplomatic passport), but he does not remember the date of issue of the visa? Can any one guide me how I can answer this question then about his previous U.S. visit?

I meant to say he doesn't remember the date of the issue of the visa.
