Visit husband on tourist visa

My husband is on OPT now and is planning to return back to home country in November 2013 fr good.
I have a 10 yr multiple entry tourist visa.
I visited him once in JAN 2013 and stayed for 3 months.

Now I want to visit him in July 2013. Will there be any problem at port of entry.?

Well, they will definitely question you on why you returned so quickly.
Most likely they will let you in for a short stay but questioning could be a hassle.

If you can enter another 2 months later, it will be smoother.
