My parents visitor visa for US

Hi,

My parents and my sister recently went for visa interview at US consulate in Delhi. They are self sponsoring their visa and were asked only 3-4 questions. The VO kept their passport but they were handed the white 221G form with upper part cancelled - and hence no document needs to be submitted from our end. Any idea, how much time they may take for the processing? The visa interview happened on 8th May

Do you think if they have kept their passports - its a positive thing that they may be issued a visa?
