Visitor Visa Appt

We took an appointment for Visitor Visa for our Aunt few months ago, it was on Aug22,2005. They refused interview her because our appointment was in English and she can only speak in telugu.

I checked to book another appt for her, and I noticed that nothing is available even in December 2006. Am I missing something here?

What does Not Open mean?

Does this mean that, they haven't started issueing appointments for this day?
One other question about ttsvisa.com, Previously I was able to look at all the months and be able choose a date, now they made it very difficult, i.e I would have go to individual month only to find out there is nothing availabe, and repeat this process for each month. Is there any easy way to book an appointment? Any tips greatly appreciated.
