Hi all, i want to visit my sister in the US who is also sponsering me. Now I also have a brother there. shld i mention about him or not,even though he is not sponsering. i have not mentioned him in the application form.pls advise.thnx

Do not lie on the form or to the consular; if detected it will render you inadmissible to US. Please read this clause under section 212(a) for classes of people ineligible for visas;

(i) In general.-Any alien who, by fraud or willfully misrepresenting a material fact, seeks to procure (or has sought to procure or has procured) a visa, other documentation, or admission into the United States or other benefit provided under this Act is inadmissible.
