Spelling Mistake for Place of Birth on Submitted form DS 160

Hi Team,

I have submitted form DS 160 online, and on the confirmation page i came to know that there is a spelling mistake (instead of letter I , i typed in letter Y) on my place of birth..I have not yet booked my appointment yet..do i need to resubmit form ds 160 one more time..? if not can some one please tell me the alternatives available..
