Document requirements for Host of Visitor

I was wondering if anybody could tell me what documents I have to submit for a friend of mine from Nigeria who wants to come over on a tourist Visa.

I will not be paying his airfare and any other traveling expenses to and from the U.S.

I will be providing him the typical things a host provides for her guests such as food, shelter, transportation, ect.

He is from a well to do family who will be paying for his way to the States and back.

Am I still required to submit all the documents of a Sponsor? If not, could somebody please tell me just what exactly I do have to submit.

You do not need to submit anything except an invitation on your letterhead.
