Visitor Visa - Retired no TAX returns , Property Inherited

Hi ,
I am working on H1 B visa and has booked appointment for My parents Visitor Visa and my h1B renewal on same day.

I have all h1B papers in place.

For my parents Visa , My father is retired government employee and dont need to pay Income tax , he is 68 years old. All our real estate is in name of my mother, who is house wife , aged 55years. My father has inherited farmland which is yet to be put on his name and is currently on name of my late grandmother. My father do have some fixed deposits on his name.

Please clarify the following doubts.

1. My father went and asked Chartered accountant to provide estimates of house , but he was told its done by Architects who are government certified value accessors. Is it Value Assessor or CA who provide estimate ?

2. Do my father need to give affdavit that he is having share in ancestral farmland which is yet to be divided among two brothers ?

2. What is minimum amount of property person need to have in India ?

3. My father dont pay tax so Is he required top get any letter from Bank showing his income is not taxable ?

5. Will my parents get multiple entry 10 year Visitor Visa considering their age.

6. Is self affadavit from parents need to be on Stamp paper or normal a4 printout with signature is sufficient.
