Visitor Visa for my son

Hello,
Can anyone share if they faced situation similar to me. My son had valid L2 visa till the age of 21, but he was not able to travel to USA then.
Now he is 22 years old, what are the chance of he getting a visitor visa?

His visitor visa application will not be affected by the previous L2.

*anyone else traveling with him?
*single or married
*what is he doing ( student /working). Income if working.
* if a student , will you fund his trip?
*Your work status and rough income if you are funding.
*any relatives in US (on what visas/)

My husband is State Govt.Employee, if he gets leave, he might travel with my son. Else son will travel alone.
He is single, he just completed his final year of studies.
I will fund his trip.
I am on L1A visa for the past two years. Income $80,000
No relatives in USA
No travel abroad.

Young and single, just completed his studies; there is no compelling tie to India that will bring him back.
On top of that, you are there to support him in US. It will be easy for him to stay back in US.
I am sorry, Likelihood of his getting a visitor visa is low.

How long are you in US for? If he can start with a good job, work with it for some time, and his visit is a few weeks on vacation, he may be able to get it.
