Need help to find good Insurance for my parents? Brain stroke after coming to USA.

hi all,

My dad (aged 60yrs) recently had a stroke and lost his speech due to blood clot in brain. The insurance he bought from Inida maxed out. Now we are looking to see if he can get insurance for the current situation.

As he got brain stroke he should be going for following visits
Primary care doctor visit
Blood INR check
Speech theraphy
for diabetis he might have to go for other office visits as well..

it is costing us a lot of money out of pocket. Please suggest if we have any options to buy any insurance that can cover our expeneses to some extent.

Unfortunately, there is no such insurance.

This would be a pure loss to any insurance company.

You won't find insurance for him especially when he is a visitor. Even new immigrant ( green card holders) seniors can face difficulty with
insurance.

My suggestion is; if you can afford his long term care fine, if not bring him back to India, where all aspects of long term care are much cheaper.
