I am Permanent Resident in US. My fiance is a doctor in the UK and we will be getting married in India. As my fiance's contract with the UK hospital is over he is returning to India and will be preparing to take the USEMLE exam to utilmately go ove to the US. After our marriage in January '06 I would like to invite my husband to the US on a visitor's visa for a short visit. What are the chances of obtaining a visa and what do I need to know before he applies for a visa with the US consulate in Chennai.
