Visitor Visa for parents while in India

Hi All,

I was on L1 visa till Mar 2013 and currently in India. I have got my H1B stamping this week with a new employer. I would like to sponsor visitor visa for my parents based on my H1B.

I do not have US paystubs for last 2 months, will this be a hurdle for my parents' visitor visa?
Also Do I need to have employment letter from new employer? I can request for it, but they may give with future date as I am not on their board yet. Will this be a problem.

Can you please guide if I can sponsor their visitor visas now or I can only do after I go back to US?

Please advise.

In your situation, it would be better if you can wait until you join your new employer on H1B visa.
