Mom got visa today at Mumbai Consulate

My mom was asked only few questions. They didn't look at any documents at all.
My mom told that I'm pregnant and need to go for that reason.
I think its just the ties to India that matters and also the counseller at the counter.

My mom was asked the following questions:

1) Why you want to go?
2) Who are there in India?
3) What your Son- in-law does?


Then thye told her that she got the visa and she could leave... they didn't see or keep any document.. not even I-134.. also said that she'll recieve her passport in 3 days.
