Hello,
I have a B1/B2 tourist visa to the states in an Israeli passport.
I had no more free pages at my old Israeli passport so I had to issue a new Israeli passport (The visa remained in the old passport).
As part of the issuing of the new passport I’ve also changed my “first name” from OLD to NEW.
The new passport now has the new name in it and the old name is written in barracks; i.e. NEW (OLD) FAMILY NAME.
I have received from the Israeli ministry of internal affairs a certificate for the name change which I have translated to English and notarized.
The tourist visa to the states is registered for the old passport number and first name,
I wanted to please sure I can still use it with the translated and notarized name change certificate?
