Doctor with hospital self sponsoring

Planning to visit US for 3 wks in September with my wife who is house-maker. My daughter recently got job on H1B (So she cant sponsor). I have running medical practice for last 25 years with a hospital, Rs 6.40 L income per year, a 4 bedroom bungalow (1 crore), 1 L FD, 1.5 L PPF, 30 L assets in wife's name, one unmarried son doing PG in medicine, Mother 75 yrs old dependent on us. What are the chances of getting B2 visa on self sponsoring.
Should I go for return tickets immediately after submitting DS-160 forms.

I think 6.5 L income is not enough for self funding.

Instead of 6.4 L of annual income, it should have been 7.4 L (Typing mistake)
Will be staying with daughter at Washington Dc
Visiting East Coast only.
Bank balance around 5 L.(Not mentioned in the initial post)
Previously visited 4 more countries UAE, and 3 countries in South East Asia(Not mentioned in the initial post)

usually 10L /yr is good but in the end , depends on the officer. A lenient officer can see it through. a strict officer can deny saying income is not enough.
