Procedure for cancelling an interview appointment

Hi,

I scheduled an appointment for myself for B1 visa by visiting the US consulate in mumbai. I submitted three DD's for amounts Rs. 4400, 2200 and 481. I would like to know what is the procedure for cancelling an appointment and what amount will be refunded to me.
