Parents received 10 year multiple visa at chennai. They had telugu translator.
Their visa rejected first time in march. First time they have asked few questions
1) how many children: 3
2)where are they : 2 in US, 1 in india
3)Asked about my dad's income. (as a Govt emloyee his income is not much)
4) All the children are married?: Yes
Thats it visa rejected.
Second time they have asked same first 2 questions.
3) Who sponsered? daughter
4)where are you going to stay in US , daughter place, son place?
a: My mom answered this question saying that daughter's place as son is coming back to india as his h1 expiring soon.
5)show me son's passport and visa.? they had copy of my brother passport
6)asked about my dads NOC letter
Thats it they got visa.
Don't loose hope if you don't get visa in first attempt..keep trying.
