HI i had applied previously twice for b1/b2 for the purpose of takin my exam(usmle step2 clinical skills) in year 2012 and both times my visa was refused.
Now it has been a year since my last visa application and i am currently doing my intership at Apollo Hospitals for the last 3 months i want to know what the chances of getting visa this time having the background of 2 rejections.My previous posts i have quoted below. i will be highly greatfulll for any feedback

i answered yes and showed her the score report of step 1 and invitation letter.
When did u graduate
i answered 2009.
why i took you so long to prepare for steps ,where u working any where in between
i answered i was preparing for my steps and i worked in b/w in dubai
Why being a doctor you worked as a computer operator.
I said i went to dubai as my girlfrnd lives there and i had to convince her parents for our marriage,i took a bit longer than i expected so to support myself financially there i worked on parttime basis and i also i did clinical attachment at one hospital.
So you went there for ur girlfrnd are u married to her now
i answered no i am planning to get married after i am done with my steps .
after that i again applied this time i had two letters from US congressmen ,the VO didnt wanna look at them she just refused sayin nothin has changed since your last application and you dont have strong ties in your home country.
