Additional documents submission at Mumbai consulate

Where do my in laws submit additonal documents like property papers, income tax returns, cover letter to the consulate in Mumbai prior to going to the consulate in Mumbai. These documents prove that they have enough evidence of returning back to India. Please help asap

It is exactly the opposite. The intent to return is NOT assessed thru any documents. They assess it by verbal questions only.

Still, they can carry all those documents with them at the interview, just in case one is asked for by the i nterviewing officer.
