any documents need to bring /submit when applying b2 visa?

Hello there..im happy to join this forum.
I will go to usa on 29 sept 2013 to follow my husband's company trip. I want to ask whether I need to submit additional documents such as bank account / pay slip / tax income /letter from my spouse's company?
Fyi my husband is malaysian and i am indonesian , he has got his tourist visa 2years ago when the 1st time go to usa. Now I just want to apply.

You will need your husband's visa copy, a copy of the passport page showing US entry stamp, his income proof ( anything, salary or IT return) because
you will be showing that he is funding your trip.
And proof that you are his wife ( marriage certificate)
