  • Cancelled Without Prejudice

I was denied on my 2nd B1/B2 US visa application.

On the new ds160 form for non immigrant US visa the question asked: "Has your visa ever been revoked or cancelled?"

I would like to know if I will answer YES or NO to this question since my visa already expired a year before my new application and was stamped "Cancelled Without Prejudice"

Must be a mistake by the officer. They must have thought they are cancelling a valid visa.
Just write YES, and if there is a box for explanation, write "my expired visa was cancelled'

"without prejudice' means that there is no restriction on you applying again.
