Drop box letter shown instead of appointment date selection for B2
Hi there,
I am trying to bring my mother-in-law and did the following...
1. Submitted DS-160 form online and received confirmation of submission
2. Mother-in-law paid the visa fee in Axis bank for $160 and received receipt #
3. Receipt # got activated and received email that receipt number is activated
4. Went online to setup appointment. After creating a new profile,entering all passport details and receipt number
on step7 shown with option yes and no.
Clicking "Yes" displaying "Visa waiver program-Drop box confirmation letter" instead of allowing me to select an appointment date
for fingerprinting and visa interview at Chennai location.
Please let me know why we couldn't setup interview. Should we just go the Visa Application Center and drop box all needed documents?
