Need Assistance: Passport Pick up question

Hello all,

Recently, my parent's Tourist visa application was approved and they have been granted a visa. My parents went together and in a group interview, my mom was a leading person (only on group interview application) and my dad was adjoining to my mom. After interview, the Consular asked them to pick up their passports at the VFS location.

Accordingly, my brother received an email saying the passport has been received; however, the email specified only my mom's passport number but not my dad's. Does anybody know how these emails are drafted? OR Does only interview leading person (my mom) would receive an email for groups and all other passports would be included there regardless?

Any help, you can offer will be appreciated.

You can check passport status.

Just enter your fathers passport number and you will know the status

Thanks for your reply, Sir. I did check at the link and apparently every single passport is handled separately; regardless of the group interview.
The second passport is in transit and should be ready to pick up next business day.
