NOC Doubt
Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m planning to call my parents to US and already in process of B2 visa. My father is retired from defense services and I just wanted to know that during his visa interview, does he required to have NOC? I think, as he is retired, there is no need for NOC but friend of mine told that I need it. Could you please clarify my doubt? Thanks.
