Hi,
I'm residing in US with my wife. We are on expired L1/L2 visas (i94 valid till 2015). Wife's H1b is in process. We are planning to get my in-laws(mom & dad - both retired) and my sister- in law (single and working in India) to US. I wanted to check if I should process B2 for all 3 of them together or process Sis-in laws first and then the parents B2 later?
They dont have much property back home, do get pension though. Their eldest daughter is settled in South India with hubby and 2 year old daughter. They had been overseas (UK) for 3-5 years.
