Hello,I am in the process of applying b2 visa for my parents who are retired.I am in my H1b after completing my education here and my only sibiling has become a citizen last year through naturalization.What are the odds that my parents tourist visa can be jeopardized?

Do not waste effort and $320 on their B2 visa.
the odds of them getting a visitor visa are NIL.

The reason is simple; No work or family ties to India
1) both kids in US and one of them is a US citizen.
2)No work ties.

So, in the eyes of the officer they will not return.

THe best course is for your USC bro to file an I-130 for them ( immigrant petition). Even if they do not wish to immigrate,
that is the only course open to them to come to US. After they get their green cards, they can either stay permanently in US or if they do not wish to do that,
they can spend better part of each year in US and the rest in India.
