please help

dear all
i am an army officer. age 32 years. i am applying for a tourist visa. my date for interview is scheduled on 30 jul 2013. my pay is about 78 thousand rupees(yearly about 9 lakh 36 thousand). i own plots and flats in my native country. from flats i am getting rent every month. i have a normal bank statement. my brother is a US citizen who has sponsored my visit with a purpose that once he visited us here as per family tradition i supported his complete visit at our home country. now on his way back he has invited us on his house waming and child birthday party and he has insisted that he will pay for every penny. he has sent a i-134 for that effect as well. we are five people who have applied for US visa. my self my two kids my spouse and my younger sister who is a special child(downsyndrome). for my sister i am the care taker she is student of a vocation school international school for behavirol psychology. we have taken her school leave certificate as well for a period of 27 days for which we have applied fo rvisa. i have following documents with me
1. my NOC from army
2. my service bond which state that in case of failure to report back legal action will be taken against me.
3. my boss letter of credit (which says that he knows me well and i am for sure going to fall back after 27 days)
4. my brothers I-134
5. bank statements
6. property papers
7. my father bussiness papers and NTN which started in apr2013
8. my fathers bank statement\
9. my brother who is a US citizen his papers
10. brothers last visit photos
my 1 kid is 4 years old and just got admission in a school.
now please guage me that wether i will be a making case alongwith my family or other wise. all of you may comment with reasons for my good. and also please guide me as it is my first time that should i take any other documents as well. and how to behave and reply to queries of the Vo. Also in my case what can be the questions of the VO. here i would like to tell u that my sister which is going now with me was regretted a visa in 2008(but at that time she applied with my mom and my mom quitted job just few months prior to applying, apart at that time my brother was not a US citizen)
i will be anxiously waiting for comments from all of my brothers and sister as i need it very urgently.

What documents you have mentioned are more than enough.

These days they do not look at many documents .
They decide on the basis of how you answer their questions.

There are some positives and some negatives in your application.

POSITIVES-- stable army job, married with kids.

NEGATIVES-- Us citizen bro and sending I-134. ( these are negatives because the officer
can think you have a strong support in US you if you decide not to return ) Also, I-134 means you cannot fund your
trip yourself so you are asking him to send financial papers.

But you WILL need an I-134, because your income is not enough to fund trip for 5 people.

So,you should apply as you are applying now . If you will get a good officer, he will give you the visa.
There is also an issue that if your visa is approved they may put your case in admin. processing due to army background.
( delay of few weeks to months.)

thanks for such an informative reply. can u please tell me following
1. likely questions VO can ask in my particular case.
2. also will some issue might come for my downsyndrome sister who is going with me and for whom i am legal caretaker. she is studying at a special school in karachi and she only can understand urdu.
3. please also tell me how to respond to questions to ascertain that i will am not a potential imigrant for USA.
4. also i want to know that how i can avoid(through my replies) being put up in Admin proccessing by US consulate. i have heard that people kept waiting for more than a year for clearance of visa in AP.

at time of handing over passports or when?
