Advice Please
I have interview next week

First time applying for US Visitor Visa
No Family in Canada but got Full time employment in Canada
I am Canadian PR for 1.5 Year

I will take employment letter and bank statement with me.
Do i need any other document to prove Canada Tie??

Take your PR card with you.
If your duration of visit is long you will need a leave sanction letter from your employer.
If your purpose of visit and duration are clear cut, it should not be a problem.
