"N" - Not opened for web appointment

Hello,
What does the status "N" mean in the appointment scheduling website for visitor visa? I've been trying to get an appointment slot in Feb 06 for the past 3 days and it always shows up as "N". When does it open and do I have to keep checking all the time?
