B1/b2 pending processing!!

So my bro had his interview on MAY 27th. The visa officer said "your visa is approved" & took his passport... sent him 2 another counter where an indian lady asked him few questions like his height,sibling etc. On checking the status on the website it says "pending processing" for abt months now!!!
Any hope? advice? shud v send an email or somethin??

Yes, send an email to [email protected] with your case number and seek clarification. Do you work for some pharma / chemical company or is your job profile related to military, etc?
