Entering on the day of visa expiration!

Hallo!

I have a question to ask and hopefully can someone answer me!

Can i enter USA on the day my visa expires, for example 5th of August is the day my visa expires (expiration date), could I arrive on 5th of August in USA at the POE or should it be before?

Just asking so that I make no mistakes and get myself in any unnecessary problems.

yes , you are allowed to enter on the day of the expiry of your visa.

but there is theoretical circumstantial risk. Like your flight or connecting flight gets delayed into the next day

due to weather or some other reason which can happen.

Thanks, weather problem wouldn't be an issue, just that I get no problems in a way that they don't let me travel, get a boarding pass and pass at the POE!

I also asked my travel tourist agency, they don't know, are not sure,

so if everything goes ok and no weather problems get in a way and what ever else there really shouldn't be a problem to travel and arrive in USA on the last day of visa expiration, right?

I plan to stay for 10 days!
