Visa interview appt

When I applied for my parent's visa interview appt thru Calcutta embassy, the language option was grayed out. Is there a way to select hindi translator for them now?

I don't think they accept any option for translator at the time of appointment,
but as my parents did, you can ask for a translator even in your states language on the day of interview before going for interview.
