After the web appointment,should I send all the papers through TTS to consulate or should the parents carry to the consulate themselves?

If we need to send the documents to consulate through the TTS,after how many days should we send?

Hi sue123,

The procedures are not mentioned clearly anywhere. If your appointment is for Mumbai, you need to send your papers to VFS within 12 days of taking appointment.

I learnt it the hard way, after having my appointment cancelled, earlier it used to be 15-30 days prior to one's interview date. These people just keep changing rules, and this was mentioned 2-3 pages down somewhere in the interim appointment, which most likely one would miss to read. We have to bear with all this. And I wonder why immihelp too does not mention these things clearly. Is this website only for people from Chennai?

delhi embassy, dont ask for any document to be sent to TTS do they ?
they why vfs ask for documents for bombay embassy ?
procedure should be the same,

And obviously, this website is not only for people from Chennai. It is for everyone. However, the person asked the question about TTS procedure and I precisely answered that. From that, you should not assume that it is same for VFS as well.
