Passport delivery

Hi,



I had my US visa (B1/B2) interview in Toronto today.

The officer did not return the passport and kept it. Does it mean i will be issued the visa? He just gave me a page containing instructions of how to get the passport delivered.



Also in how many days i will be able to recieve my passport?
