Reentry B2 Tourist Visa

Hi

My Dad and Mom both have a B2 Toursit Visa. It was approved in 2008 with 10 years Multiple entries. At that time in 2008 i was with employer X. Now in 2013 i am with employer Y because of me changing employers should they go for stamping again.I am on H1b.

No. Your employer change has no relation to their visa now.

Once it is granted for 10 yrs, it becomes free of original sponsor situation.

they can use it even if you come back to India.

Should i send all my documents like pay stub, bank statements, letter, offer letter etc...to my parents when they are visiting in couple of months port of entry. I mean i am just trying to figure if these documents are mandatory or optional.

Nothing required.

Only thing they need to carry is your contact info ( address , phone no. )
and a copy of your visa ( usually not required but just in case).
