hello
i have already posted my problem with header visa refusal 221g . my dads visa B2 got 221g green slip because of his research in india. i today send an email to [email protected] via my dads email id exactly as told in the green slip invitation in .pdf and other details in .docx, got an confirmation within a few minutes. however i got another email after 2 hours stating following
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your correspondence. You are required to submit:
1) A detailed description of your research categorized into 1)Past 2) Present and 3) Future if any.(Explain your research in detail)
Please submit your invitation letter in .PDF format and other documents in WORD format, Please read the letter carefully for instructions:
If any header is not applicable to you please mention as “NOT APPLICABLE” under their respective headers. You must submit all of the required information listed in the green letter that you received from the consular officer at your interview in a single email. We are unable to proceed with your case if we do not receive all of the required information in a single email.
I read it again and checked the attachment . i found when i open it directly in the chrome , some pages are missing but when i download it everythings normal , means every detail is just as same I typed in doc. format .should i mail to another email id @usatraveldoc explaining them the situation. I am very confused again. Am i supposed to sent the email again and if yes should i edit the research headers with Not applicable as they have asked because my dad is asking only for a tourist visa and he is retired. UR help is very much required and appreciated because flight tickets are already bought for last week of september. THANKS IN ADVANCE..
