URGENT: MIL going for stamping on August 19th 2013

MY Mother-in-law's staming is scheduled for August 19th. I am in US right now and I haven;t got bank verification letter and employement verification letter from bank and employee respectively. I am sure I will get these 2 by Auguest 16th but considering that 17th and 18th will fall on weekend there is no way I can send them to India by mail.

Can anybody tell if Chennai consultae accepts colored printouts of these letters. I can scan and send my MIL colored copies and she can take colored printout in India?

color or black and white does not matter.

They will accept scanned printouts .
she can explain that if asked why no originals.
