B2 approved; travel dates query

Hi all I need some help regarding my B2 visa from India which has been approved recently. I am still waiting to collect my passport. Following are my queries:

1. My travel dates mentioned on the DS160 form is Departure: 31st Aug Return: 15th Sept. Do I strictly have to follow this schedule or I can choose different dates as I want to choose cheper air tickets.
2. My entry port mentioned in DS160 is Seattle as my sponsor lives nearby. Do I have to enter States only thru Seattle or I can choose any other city?
3. Is it mandatory for me to buy return tickets from India?
