No dates available for chennai consulate

hi all,
I am trying to take visitor visa appointment for my parents.I was trying since 10 days.Always ttsvisas.com showing full, not open.they changed a lot.How to get the appointment.Is there any other way or what are the good timings. reply please anybody..

Appointments at Chennai

Hi,

We are looking to get appointments for B2 visa at Chennai.
All the dates are Full and next available dates are Not Open.
In the morning it was full till 2/15/06 and in the evening it is
full till 2/17/06.
