Readers, please advice.
I have a B1/B2 visa, issued in June 2011 (for 10 years), i travelled to USA in Sep 2011 and stayed till June 2012 (this was an overstay, as i had filed for an H1B which got rejected (i have an old H1B issued a few years back), i left as soon as i received the rejection notice in June 2012).
I re-visited USA in March 2013 on B1/B2 visa, and was asked questions at the entry about my previous prolonged stay. I furnished the declined H1B visa petition and the officer let me enter USA (with a 6 month stay till Aug 2013) with some questioning around whether i will file for the work visa again while in USA, and why did i stay so long last time etc.
I stayed in the USA from March 2013 to April 2013, and left the USA in end of April 2013. Is it advisable that i travel immediately to USA? We are in August 2013. It has been 4 months that i have been back. Please advice.
Thank you for reading.
