I 134 help needed urgent

My parents are going for B2 visa on 5 sept at 9:00 and my wife is going for for H4 visa at 10:00 am.
I am sponsoring visa for my parents . I have query on I 134 in field 8 and 10. In field 8 it is asking me " the following persons are dependent upon me for support " IN THIS SHOULD I WRITE MY SPOUSE NAME -- this is my first h1 and she is still in india.
In the field 10 " I have submitted a visa petitions to uscis on behalf of following person "" in this field do I need to mention about my wife .

She is also going for visa on same day.

Please help

If you are supporting your wife , even if she is india, write her name.

H-4 is a derivative of H-1 which is filed by your employer for you.

So you have NOT filed any petition for anybody.

Don't be too concerned. I-134 is more of a formal paper. It is legally not enforced in reality.
