Please help with Sample affidavit for property, bank balance, etc.

Hi All,

Request you to please help me for my parent's tourist visa interview this week. I understand that there needs to be two affidavit documents (one for my father and one for my mother). Could anyone please let me know who will sign the affidavit document? The sample affidavit document is at https://www.immihelp.com/sample-affi...visitors-visa/ .
The document has the heading of "AFFIDAVIT". Where do I get the Charter Accountant (CA) letterhead? Also who signs as "Deponent" in the letter, Is it the CA? And where does my father (or mother) sigh in the document? In other words, shall I talk with a CA and request him/her to print the content of the document (with my information) and he/she will sign as deponent?

Please help with any input. I have only 2 days in between. Thanks a lot.

Why an affidavit?
Just let them take the property documents and bank statements.

In reality, they do not look at any property /deposit documents or affidavits.
For safety's sake, they can just take income proof and or savings proof if self funding.
