  • No Objection Certificate

    Hellow Everyone,
My employer said he won't be able to give me No Objection Certificate. But said that he will give a letter stating that I took a month annual leave from my work. Can anyone help me or suggest me how to face the visa consulate with this supporting letter.
Please help as my interview is very near.

You just need a leave sanction letter on your company letter head saying that you are working as XYZ for this company and will be on a leave from xx-xx-xxxx to yy-yy-yyyy post which you will resume work. The letter can be as simple as following:

    Date

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to establish that <Name>, <Designation>, (Passport No <xxxxxxxxxx>), employee of <Company name>, will be traveling to the US on a personal visit in <Month Year>.

He has been granted leave of absence from <yy-yy-yyyy> to <zz-zz-zzzz>, and will resume his duty back from <ll-ll-llll>.

    Thanking you

    Warm regards

    For <Company name>

      Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you so much for your kind guidance, but can you please tell me is it really compulsory to include the word (he is traveling to U.S.) in the supporting letter. Can it be done without this line? Please suggest me.

      Thanks a ton

Mentioning about US trip would indicate that your company is aware of your US travel. If you are not getting a leave letter mentioning about your US trip, it should be fine.
