Hello, myself n my daughter r on b2 visit visa and husband is a Green card holder. Me n my daughter entered USA on aug 15 2013 and the immig officer has limited our stay with comment No Aos or Cos or Eos. Can v still file for i485 as the F2A status is current for this month. Kindly advise.
